(1) The Government of Nepal will provide a government house for the purpose of accommodation for the Attorney General. If such a house is not arranged or if the Attorney General has to rent a house other than his own suitable house in Kathmandu Valley, he will be given half of his monthly salary for the house rent.
(2) The amount mentioned in Schedule-1 will be given to the Attorney General who lives in his house for the purpose of house maintenance and cleaning.
(3) According to sub-section (1), if a government house is provided to the Attorney General on behalf of the Government of Nepal, the maintenance and maintenance of such house shall be done by the Government of Nepal.
(4) The facility under this section shall be given to the Attorney General for seven days from the date of his retirement from office.
